A few hours later, my accounts are back to logging off regularly. You may not want to reset everything, so un-check the boxes you don't want to have to fill in again as noted in this Safari Help topic. This for sure involves some tapping to logout from Facebook account.Ideally logout button should be placed at top part of the app screen. .
