After the doors of the legendary Riviera are closed for good, real estate developer Paul Christopher has decided to open the hotel/casino to the public to sell off what remaining items are left before the implosion. A working class family looking for bargains, two lowlife thieves, a Vegas historian fighting to save the place, and an old time security guard who can't bring himself to let the Old Gal go, are trapped inside the building and have to escape with their lives from sinister forces that are beyond their control.
